两种表达意思一样
上班
go to work 去上班
表示上班的状态，用at work
I will be at work at 8 AM.
下班
get off
get off work
get off from work
有上下文的情况下，用get off较简洁。get off也有下车的意思。get off the bus.
下班如果只是表达状态性的 （上述为动作性），可以用off, 表示结束的状态
-Are you working this Saturday?
-No, I’m off.
加班；加班时间.
Overtime – n (不可数), adj, adv. (remarks: 金山词霸只显示有n，实际用法上有adj及adv)
